Information you provide

ShaynOrbit stores your name, email address, securely hashed password, username, page content, and uploaded images to operate your account. Authentication sessions may contain an IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention. Supabase hosts the database and private media storage.

Drafts and public pages

Your draft is private to your account. Publishing creates a public snapshot of your page, including images and contact details you choose to share. Saving further edits does not change that snapshot until you publish again. Unpublishing removes public access through ShaynOrbit; copies already downloaded or indexed by other services may remain.

Up to 20 recent saves are retained as private revision history. Scheduled blocks are hidden outside their published time window. Opting in to style remixing shares design settings without your text, images or subscriber list; remixed pages can credit your username. Custom-domain connections store the hostname and a DNS verification token, which is intended to be published in DNS.

Visitor measurement

When enabled by a creator, ShaynOrbit counts views, clicks and completed share actions, campaign labels, a broad device category, and the referring website hostname when available. Analytics does not store raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, or location data. Unique visitor measurement uses a random browser ID only after the visitor opts in. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can change this choice from a public page’s Privacy preferences.

AI and external players

Using the AI assistant sends your instruction and current page draft to DeepSeek. Account credentials and subscriber lists are not included. Review generated content before publishing. YouTube, Vimeo, and Spotify players connect to their providers only when a visitor chooses to load them; those providers apply their own privacy practices.

Email and audience lists

Authorized staff can manage account access, review operational service counts and respond to support requests. Service records contain the account ID, tool used, outcome and time; they do not include AI prompts or page content. Support conversations are visible to the customer and authorized staff. Private staff notes stay within the support team. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit history. Service activity is retained for 90 days; support conversations and audit records are retained until the operator applies its documented account and support retention policy.

Resend processes verification, password-reset, and subscription-confirmation emails. Newsletter signup requires consent and email confirmation. The page creator can export confirmed email addresses and consent records. An unsubscribe link is provided in the confirmation message and in the creator’s audience export. Unsubscribing removes the address from that creator’s list in ShaynOrbit.

Cookies and retention

Essential session cookies keep account owners signed in. ShaynOrbit does not use advertising cookies. The maintenance policy removes analytics older than 90 days, expired sessions and tokens, and unconfirmed newsletter requests older than seven days. Creators can export their page data and unpublish their page from the dashboard.

Instagram data

If you connect an Instagram professional account, ShaynOrbit accesses your profile, media, comments, direct messages and insights, and can publish content — only with the permission you approve through Instagram, and only for the features you turn on. We use that data to show your Instagram content and insights in your dashboard, to reply to comments and direct messages (including the automated or AI-assisted replies you set up), and to publish posts you ask us to publish. We do not sell Instagram data or use it for advertising, and our use follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can disconnect at any time in Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or from your dashboard; we delete your Instagram access token when you disconnect.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, at any time. The instructions are at /data-deletion. We confirm a deletion request by email within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days, except for the limited records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live you may have more rights, for example under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) or the EU GDPR.
