Data deletion instructions.

You can ask ShaynOrbit to delete your data, including any data received from Instagram, at any time. Choose one of the options below.
Option 1: Remove ShaynOrbit from Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to your profile.
- Tap Menu (☰) → Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Find ShaynOrbit under Active and tap Remove.
This stops ShaynOrbit’s access to your Instagram account straight away. We then delete your Instagram access token and the Instagram data we hold for you.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to zarrarkhan1987@gmail.com with the subject “ShaynOrbit data deletion request”. Include your ShaynOrbit account email and/or your Instagram username, so we can find your data.
What we delete
- Your ShaynOrbit account and profile page.
- Instagram data: access tokens, profile info, media, comments, messages and insights we stored.
- Your AI assistant history and usage analytics linked to you.
Timeline
We confirm your request by email within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days. We may keep a small amount of information when the law requires it (for example, a record that the deletion request was completed). Backups are overwritten on a routine schedule.
