Your ShaynOrbit space

ShaynOrbit lets you create, customize, and publish a personal or business page. You control what you publish. You retain ownership of the content you provide and are responsible for having permission to use it.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials safe. Do not use ShaynOrbit to impersonate others, distribute harmful or unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, or attempt unauthorized access. Product and service buttons link to external destinations; ShaynOrbit does not process those transactions.

A free product

ShaynOrbit currently collects no payments or paid subscriptions. All themes, blocks, publishing, analytics, and AI assistance are included. Fair-use limits apply to image storage and AI requests. AI suggestions may be inaccurate; review facts, links, and design choices before publishing.

Email subscribers

Use subscriber data only for the purpose described when people signed up. Include each subscriber’s unsubscribe link in every message, respect consent choices, and protect exported personal data. ShaynOrbit provides audience collection and export; creators use their own service to send campaigns.

Connecting Instagram

When you connect Instagram, you allow ShaynOrbit to access your account through Instagram’s official API, within the permissions you approve. You remain responsible for everything posted or sent from your account, including the automated or AI-assisted replies you set up. You must also follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that third-party platforms such as Instagram will keep working with it. Those platforms may change their APIs at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Shayntech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Riyadh.
